Letter to Dr. Bautista’s Patients

To My Dear Patients,

I’m writing to share some exciting news with you.

After thoughtful consideration, I’ve decided to relocate my practice just two miles away to a new office in Laguna Hills. This move will take effect on August 11, 2025. Until then, all scheduled appointments will continue at our current Mission Viejo location. Starting August 11, we’ll welcome you at:

This year marks 30 wonderful years in practice, and I’m deeply grateful to have been a part of your healthcare journey. Your support and trust over the years have meant so much to me. As I make this transition, I’ll also be reducing my office hours to spend
more time with my family.

To continue providing you with excellent care, I’m excited to be merging with The Hills Modern Dentistry ( www.lagunahillsdentists.com ), Dr. Don Nguyen and Dr. Vivienne Ngo.

Dr. Don and Dr. Vivienne are a husband-and-wife team from the South Orange County area who graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. As my colleagues and friends, we share the same philosophy and high ethical standards. They are highly qualified, well-trained and experienced clinicians who are also caring, friendly and compassionate individuals.

While I will still be seeing you, you may also meet Dr. Don or Dr. Vivienne. I know you’ll feel comfortable and well cared for in their hands.
